Ronald Frederick

Presently, Mr. Ronald Frederick serves as President & Managing Director of Frederick & Associates, Inc. (F&A). F&A is a company that offers strategic business consulting, government contracting assistance, and funding proposal assistance to businesses. Prior to this position Mr. Frederick was employed by the City of Detroit as Senior Financial Analyst performing ad hoc projects utilizing financial analysis, project management, variance analyst, business case validation, and Lean Sigma projects. Mr. Frederick also served as the Project Director of the Michigan Minority Business Enterprise Center under the U.S. Department of Commerce; where he has assisted thousands of business with their accounting systems, financial statements, operation plans, marketing plans, and strategic turnaround plans.

Mr. Frederick has an extensive background in the areas of finance, accounting, management, business support services, and business consulting. He also served as the Director of Business Development at New Detroit, Inc. providing business support services and economic development advice to clients. In addition, Mr. Frederick has over 25 years of experience in the areas of finance, accounting, forecasting, and cost & price analysis working for such major companies as DTE Energy, General Motors, and ANR Pipeline Company. Mr. Frederick possesses an MBA with a concentration in finance from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Bachelor Degree in finance from Western Michigan University.
