Dolores Sturtivant is the Founder and CEO of TDS Group, LLC, a business consulting company providing access to financial and professional resources. She is a retired Vice President at Fifth Third Bank of Eastern Michigan, and has a 44-year banking career with various leadership positions of increasing responsibility in International, Commercial, Nonprofit, and Community Development Banking & Lending at Chase Bank formerly NBD Bank and Fifth Third Bank.
Dolores is actively involved in serving the nonprofit community. She serves on the board of several nonprofit organizations, including: The Children’s Center Executive Board Member, Detroit Development Fund (Board Chairman), the Great Lakes Women’s Business Dolores is a state volunteer for AARP Michigan. She has received numerous awards and recognitions, including the Michigan Chronicle’s Women of Excellence Award and 70 over Seventy - Next Chapter Award for Entrepreneurship from the Hannan Center, Detroit. She has received a Bachelor of Arts from Wayne State University, Master’s in Business Administration from University of Detroit Mercy and a Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership and Development from Lawrence Technological University. She is a graduate of Leadership Detroit Class XXIII, member of National Association of Women Business Owners and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®.
